Wipes, Prestige & lost equipment
We have not verified an official seasonal wipe schedule. Optional Operator Prestige and equipment lost in a deployment are different events, and neither establishes a global reset policy.

What is confirmed about Prestige?
Operator Prestige is voluntary and Operator-specific. It consumes equipped gear and cash, resets ordinary Traits and awards a permanent Prestige Trait. Remove items you do not want to sacrifice before accepting.
Identify the event before calling it a wipe
Use the scope of the change to choose the right question.
- One Operator is MIA after a failed run: inspect the recovery state.
- You accepted Operator Prestige: check its explicit cost and Trait changes.
- A weapon is absent after being taken into a run: check whether it was lost, rather than assuming the stash reset.
- Many unrelated progression tracks changed without your action: collect evidence and check current official notices.
What “no wipe” still needs to prove
An absence of a published schedule is not a promise that resets can never occur. A community comment saying “no hard wipes” needs a dated first-party statement defining what is retained and for which season or transition. We have not promoted those comments into a permanent guarantee.
A useful support record
Save the time, platform, affected Operator, missing inventory and any Prestige confirmation you accepted. Compare the specific changed state with the previous one. That is more actionable than reporting only that “everything wiped”.
